1C Hebrew: Fall

 Dear Parents,

Welcome back!

We loved spending Chol Hamoed with your children and we hope that you had a great chag!

Today 1C met the children in their Tal Am "class" and learned their names. Then, the children practiced saying "Ani ____. Ani Bakitah" (I am ____. I am in class.) Then, each child received their very own first grade albums, which will track their progress over the year, and practiced writing their names in them. 

Later, we talked about fall. We reviewed the Hebrew name for Fall (Stav) and talked about the different colors we see in the Fall. Then, we learned and practiced saying the Hebrew word for leaves in the singular ( Aleh) and plural (Alim) forms.
