Today we began our exciting unit on the letter ל, lamed!
The children were thrilled to learn a new letter. The children enthusiastically shared with the class their prior knowledge of this letter, and we learned some new words as well!
We played fun games on the Smart Board, and read a cute story about דודה לאה (Aunt Leah) who brings גלידה (ice cream) to all of the children in the class. The children read beautifully and I was so proud to hear how they have grown in their reading skills throughout the year!
