This week the class has been reading many different books in Hebrew and doing fun daily activities in celebration of שבוע הספר . Today, in conjunction with our lesson on שבוע הספר, the class had very special visitors...the fourth graders! Each fourth grade student came with a story they chose and paired up with the first graders to read them wonderful stories in Hebrew. After reading the story they had chosen, each pair then created their own comics, written entirely in Hebrew, of course! All the students loved learning together with the fourth graders, and created such beautiful and creative comics!
